I cut way down on sugar and the results are great! I have more energy, hair shinier, nails harder, face clearer, mood better- what a difference! It took a few attempts to master less sugar in my diet, but it sure makes a difference! Have you tried cutting back on sugar? What was your experience?

Since reducing sugar content in my diet, I not only have a better mood, but less weight and stress, healthier brain, and definately a more chilled attitude! We are what we eat, but too much sugar is not sweet for good health. I try to limit my intake of sugar to small amounts of dark chocolate, and fresh fruits.
