I dehydrate potatoes apples and pears. I use a mandolin slicer, and we eat these with healthier dips. If we want to be indulgent, we use slices of radishes, stiff lettuce, slices of beets, or slice cucumber to dip. It is a good compromise that works out pretty well. And for the most part, the crunch of these meet my crunchy chip craving.

Sounds yummy! Very healthy way to produce crunchy snack! What kind of Dehydrator do you have?
