Ingredients: GARDEN OF LIFE - "RAW MEAL" NATURE'S PLUS- "FRUCTIEN" BARLEAN'S- "FLAX SEED OIL" NATURE'S PLUS- "SOURCE OF LIFE" VITAMIN SHOPPE BRAND- "MANGOSTEEN" VITAMIN SHOPPE BRAND- "GOJI JUICE" VITAMIN SHOPPE BRAND- "BUFFERED, POWDERED VITAMIN C" 2 HANDFULS OF FIELD GREENS (TENDER, DARK GREEN, LEAFY LETTUCE)
FILL YOUR BLENDER ABOUT HALF WAY WITH A HIGH QUALITY WATER. BLEND TWO HANDFULS OF MIXED FIELD GREENS WITH HIGH QUALITY WATER. ADD 1 OR 2 TEASPOONS OF FLAXSEED OIL BLEND. ADD TWO SCOOPS OF “RAW MEAL” ADD ONE SCOOP OF “FRUITEIN” ADD ABOUT ¼ CUP OF GOJI JUICE OR THE MANGOSTEEN JUICE OR BOTH ( I LIKE BOTH.) ADD A BIT MORE THAN ONE CAPFUL OF THE LIQUID VITAMIN CALLED “SOURCE OF LIFE”. BLEND TOGETHER, NO ICE. ROOM TEMPERATURE. ADD MORE WATER TO MAKE IT THINNER IF YOU WANT. IT USUALLY TASTES BETTER IF IT IS ON THE THINNER SIDE. I USUALLY ADD MORE WATER AND IT WILL MAKE ABOUT 2 OR MORE BIG CUPFULS.
