I made this up when I had WAY to many cherry tomatoes:
Ingrediants: Cherry tomatoes Your choice of fresh or dried herbs Asparagus Pasta (your choice) Fresh basil Parmasian cheese
Steps: 1. Boil water and cook pasta according to directions 2. Coat cherry tomatoes in herbs and oil and broil until all have busted or broken (I use a toaster oven for this and asparagus) 3. Cut asapragus and lightly coat in oil, and broil until tender. 4. Smash cherry tomatoes at the bottom of your serving dish 5. Add pasta, asparagus, parmisan, and fresh basil and stir. 6. Add salt and additional herbs to taste. 7. Enjoy!
Becuase it looks simular to speghetti my kids eat it. I grow most of the ingrediants in my garden: Cherry tomatoes, Basil, Asparagus, and what ever additional herbs I have dried from my garden.
