Why is it important to utilize preventative measures when it comes to the care of our health? Because when we do not keep our overall health in good shape, we are prone to emergency measures which are usually implemented after the damage is done. To avoid emergency measures, keep your immune system and your body-mind-spirit in good health by eating food that nourishes you! You are worth it!
